Winter Time


Winter time is always tough for fitness. Cold weather, snow, and rain usually puts people in moods not so great for working out. It's time to turn that around!
Wellness2Go kicked off winter with a new event, "Foods from Around the World." This event presented many different cultural food types to show what is healthy outside of your circle.
It is important to remember during times when you feel kinda down because of the weather, eat right, keep working out, and your mood will be vastly improved!
